All purchases must be made directly though Act!’s online ordering system.  You will need to initiate a trial and then within the trial you will complete your purchase.  Below are the STEPS to walk you through the purchase process.

When you purchase an Act! CRM (Cloud) subscription we will be notified by Act!.  We will send you and email from sales@actplatinum.com confirming you want the Upgraded Database to be uploaded to your account.  Once the Upgraded Database has been uploaded you will receive an email from sales@actplatinum.com that the database is ready for you to login.

All features in the Free Upgraded Database are available for customers that purchase the Act! CRM Expert tier.  Customers that purchase Act! CRM Essentials or Standard tiers may experience some limitations due to restrictions within the CRM functionality.
