Database Preparation Package

 

GET STARTED RIGHT – Optimize your database prior to creating your first Campaign.  This 2 hour session will be spent reviewing your database and business processes with you, focusing on the Contacts and Groups areas. Our Act! Marketing Automation Consultant will give you guidance on how to improve your database in preparation for using Act! Marketing Automation.  If time allows, our consultant can make the approved changes, or guide you on how to make the modifications.

 

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Database Review | First we will work with you to review your database focusing on Contacts and Groups
  • Database Recommendations | Next we will take your current business processes and marketing goals and make recommended database changes.

Build Your First Campaign Package

 

Your First Campaign – From Setup to Launch our Build Your First Campaign Package will help you with designing and sending your first Marketing Automation campaign.  We can perform the work with minimal interaction from you, or we can work with you at each step so you can learn how to create and send a campaign on your own.

 

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Account and System Review | First we will review your Act! Marketing Automation account setup.  Namely to make sure you are able to send your first campaign.
  • Email Template Design | Next pick a standard template and we will customize it with your content (package includes up to 1 hour design time).
  • Identify Recipients | We can use an existing group, or help you create a group by identifying Contacts for your campaign.
  • Create Campaign | We then will build your campaign and launch the email right away.  Else the send can be scheduled for delivery at the right time.
  • Unsubscribe Design* | Finally we will create a more meaningful unsubscribe page for your business (package includes up to 1 hour design time).

*Requires Act! Email Marketing Plus, Act! Marketing Automation Select Service Level or above.

 

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Identify Information to Capture | We will work with you to determine the information to be captured and how the resulting responses should be treated in updating your database.
  • Database Design and Contact Mapping | If necessary we will build additional Contact fields and design your database layout to map the information that will be captured from your form or survey (package includes up to .5 hour design time).
  • Web Form or Survey Build | We will build your form or survey, mapping to associated Contact fields and determined actions (package includes up to 1 hour design time).
  • Landing Page Design | Pick a standard template and we will customize it with your content or we can provide the code for your website host to implement (package includes up to 1 hour design time).
