Order Acceptance and Payment Policy for the Website

All payments must be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card, we do not accept any other payment form for online purchases. To purchase any products or services on the website, you must provide a valid credit card number and associated payment information including the following: (a) your name as it appears on the card, (b) your credit card number, (c) the credit card type, (d) the credit card expiration date, (e) the billing address and zip code for the credit card, and (f) cvv, any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your credit card. By submitting that information to us, you hereby agree that you authorize us to charge your card for the products and services purchased.

THIS INFORMATION MUST BE PROVIDED IN AN EMAIL TO [email protected] FOR A RMA NUMBER TO BE ISSUED FOR THE WARRANTY RETURN & REFUNDABLE AMOUNT TO BE PROCESSED BACK TO THE PURCHASER’S CREDIT CARD. A 15% processing fee will apply to all Manufacturer Returns. There will be no returns or refunds for the purchase of any Act! products, any vertical database or purchased services (consulting, customization or training) or 3rd party hosting services and add-on solution products – these items are not returnable after purchase.

ACT! SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES: Any purchase that includes an Act! Subscription Service means you have read and agree to Act! LLC’s Billing Policies found at:  and have read and agree to Act!’s Terms of Service found at: 

ACT! LLC’s END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT:  Any purchase that includes an installed version of the software means you will read and agree to Act!’s EULA whether the software is installed by you, your Act! Consultant or a 3rd party.  The EULA will be available when installing the software or after the software has been installed by opening the program and going to the Help Menu and selecting About Act!.

ACT! TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Act! LLC disclaims any responsibility to provide any customer support except as part of a Support Plan. If you purchase a product that includes Act! Technical Support you will have access to online resources or your subscription plan may include phone support for Act! errors in which you will be authorized to contact Act! Technical Support at 866-873-2006 for your Subscription or Support Plan term. Act! HOSTING SERVICES:  Any purchase that includes Remote Tech Group’s Hosting Service means you have read and agree to their Service Level Agreement found at: Hosting Services will include a limited scope of technical support assistance for hosting related items:

BILLING AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:  Any purchase that includes a Subscription Service, we will be your Account Manager for any changes to your subscription such as adding users or features.  You may add users and features at any time during your subscription period at a pro-rated cost. After your initial term we or Act! will provide invoices or notifications for changes and for subscription renewals – invoices will be due by the due date on the invoice.  Past Due invoices will generate an Account Cancellation upon your current subscription term expiration date.  Cancellation forfeits any favorable pricing and current pricing will apply to restarting a subscription service. You will need to contact us prior to your invoice due date for cancellation or changes to decrease users or features for your subscription service.

Pricing or Information Errors on the Website shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. You will be contacted by if we discover the price to be incorrect on the products purchased and you will have the opportunity to purchase at a lower price or cancel the order if the price is higher.
