After Purchase Product Delivery

Cloud Act! CRM Classic Expert Bundle Purchase – After you purchase the Act! CRM Classic subscription we will be notified by Act!. Please send an email to sales@actplatinum.com with your account details and let us know to upload the Mortgage Database to your account. Once the Mortgage Database database is active on your account we will then send you an email letting you know it is ready for use.

 

Act! Premium Hosted Bundle Purchase – After submitting your order for the Act! Premium Hosted subscription bundle with the Mortgage Database we will then upload the Mortgage Database to your Hosted account.  Once the Mortgage Database has been uploaded you will then receive an email from sales@actplatinum.com that the database is ready for you to login.

 

Act! Premium Self-Hosted Bundle Purchase – Once we get your order for the Act! Premium Self-Hosted subscription with the Mortgage Database we will then have Act! issue your license.  After this has been issued we will send you an email with links to download the Mortgage Database and database restore instructions.

Act! CRM Features

Some of Act!’s products may limit the CRM features for instance using Outlook.  However all features in the Mortgage Database are available for customers that purchase specifically the Act! CRM Classic Expert, Act! Premium Hosted or Act! Premium Self-Hosted bundles.
