Act Premium Desktop Software Purchase – After you place your order for the Act Premium Desktop Self-Host subscription we will start your account. You will receive an email from [email protected] with your serial number and software download.
If you purchase the Act Premium Cloud or Act Premium Cloud with Desktop Sync subscription we will receive a “Welcome” email from Act! with your account details and login instructions.
If your self-host purchase included the Upgraded Database you will receive an email from [email protected] with links to download the Upgraded Database and database restore guide. If your cloud purchase included the Upgraded Database we will upload it to your account and send you a “Ready” email when it is ready for use.
The Free Act Upgrade Custom Database is for New Act Premium Customers. But if you are an existing Act Subscription Customer please contact us for options and costs.
