After we receive your order for the Act! Premium Cloud with Desktop Sync subscription with the Financial Advisor Databasewe will have Act! start your Cloud account. Then we will upload the Financial Advisor Database to your account. When the Financial AdvisorDatabase has been restored we will then send you an email letting you know it is ready for use with Cloud login and password instructions. We will also send you the information you need to install your offline client and setup your syncing database. Typically the processing time from purchase to setup is within a few hours but please allow 1 business day.
