After we receive your order for the Act! Premium Cloud subscription with the Mortgage Database we will have Act! start your Cloud account. Then we will upload the Mortgage Database to your account. When the Mortgage Database has been restored we will then send you an email letting you know it is ready for use with Cloud login and password instructions. Typically the processing time from purchase to setup is within a few hours but please allow 1 business day.
You will need to purchase 1 Act! Premium Cloud Subscription per user. Contact us if you need to add more users once your Act! Cloud account has been setup.
